Most Agencies Sell You One Piece of the Puzzle. We Run the Whole Thing.

The full story behind your application call: what we do, how we get results, what it costs, and the one promise we put in writing.

352 Owners Booked This Call in 30 Days. We Take a Small Share of Them.

In the last 30 days, 352 business owners scheduled an application call with us. Most came from a client or a friend. Only a small percentage become clients.

AS OF FILMING

We’re busy.

Every booked application call, Sep 13 to Oct 17. Our real team calendar, names hidden.

So this page has one job: make your call faster. Everything is here. What we do. Why we're different from any agency you've hired. How we get results. Our pricing.

Here's our ask: do all of your due diligence before the call. Ask your favorite AIs if there's any reason we wouldn't be a good fit for you. Read the FAQ videos. Look at your audit. And if you decide we're not the team for you, for any reason, call to cancel. No hard feelings.

We stopped trying to convince people a long time ago. Every client we had to talk into it was the same: slow to move, weeks to get us access, never fully bought in. This page isn't here to convince you. It's here to filter, so the calls on our calendar are the right ones.

Three things before you go further

1. Send this page to everyone involved in the decision. Your business partner. Your spouse. Anyone else with a say. Do it now, while it's top of mind. Deciding together is a lot easier when everyone has the same facts.

2. Come ready to sell us. On the call we'll ask why we should work with you over other owners. Don't be offended. Bring your best reviews, photos of your work, and what separates you from competitors. We give 100% to the clients we take on, so we choose them carefully.

3. Show up on time. That slot is held just for you. How someone shows up to the first call is a leading indicator of how they'll show up as a client, and we want clients we never have to chase.

What We Promise, and What We Refuse to Promise

We'd rather lose a client than promise the world to get a signature. So, for that reason and for compliance: we make no income claims. We don't promise money. We don't control how many leads you close, your market, your competition, or a hundred other things. Client results differ.

What we do believe: we'll be the fastest responding, fastest moving team you've ever worked with, and we're world class at what we do.

We believe it enough to put this in writing. The Leadflow Guarantee: We'll increase your leadflow from Google & AI search by at least 20% in the first 90 days… or we'll stop charging you entirely and work for free for up to a year until we do.

THE GUARANTEE

The Leadflow Guarantee

We'll increase your leadflow from Google & AI search by at least 20% in the first 90 days… or we'll stop charging you entirely and work for free for up to a year until we do.

Your leadflow today +20% Day 1 Day 90
  • The baseline: the 90 days before you start. Starting in your slow season? We compare against the same months last year, so the test is fair.
  • What counts: calls, messages and bookings from your Google Business Profile, plus calls and forms from unpaid search and AI assistants.
  • If we miss it: no monthly fee, and we keep doing all the work for free until we hit it, for up to 12 months.
  • Your part: access and replies within 72 hours, and no other SEO company on the same site or profile.

Hiring any new team is a financial risk. The only way to know if it's worth it is to work together. So we take a financial risk too. That way we both have just as much on the line.

We're Not an SEO Agency. That's Exactly Why This Works.

If you hired an agency before and it didn't work, that wasn't your fault. And it doesn't mean SEO or AI SEO doesn't work. It means the agency model doesn't work. Big difference.

The old way: one piece, few levers

Whatever you hire them for, most agencies handle one small piece of the puzzle. One piece gives them very few levers to pull.

Here's what growing a home-service business actually takes:

  • An SEO team: on-site optimization, AI SEO, backlinks, citations, Google Business Profile management
  • A conversion team: constantly split testing your site so more page views become leads
  • A website and design team, plus the monthly hosting bill
  • A social media team
  • A PR team getting stories about you on third-party sites
  • A writing team for blog posts, written in house
  • An appointment setting team that gets dropped leads back on the calendar

Miss any of those and you can rank #1 and still lose. A site that doesn't convert. Nobody answering the phone. Stale reviews. A messy CRM where leads go to die.

Problem 1: the math doesn't work

Plenty of owners pay under $1,000 a month for SEO. Follow that money. First it pays for the ads that got you on a sales call. Then the salesperson and their commission. The work gets whatever is left.

PROBLEM 1 · THE MATH DOESN’T WORK

Cheap agencies can’t afford to do great work.

  1. Adsto get you on a sales call
  2. Salespeople and commissionsto sign you
  3. The workwhatever is left
Where a cheap retainer (under $1,000 a month) goes. Illustration.

At a cheap price an agency can't afford both winning you and serving you. So the work gets cut. In extreme cases, they lie about the work they're doing. We see it constantly.

Problem 2: reports that look great

An owner recently showed us his SEO agency's report. Green arrows everywhere. From the looks of it, they were crushing it.

PROBLEM 2 · FAKE REPORTS

Reports that look great.

Illustration based on a real call.

Our data told a different story: he was ranking horribly for every keyword that mattered. The agency had cherry-picked low search volume keywords where he ranked #1, put only those on the report, and left out everything he was failing on. Behind the report, very little work was happening, because the retainer couldn't pay for it.

A hill we'll die on: premium or in house

It only makes sense to go with a premium team or to handle it all in house. Even if we're not the team you choose, we're happy to refer you to a premium one. We hate seeing small business owners taken advantage of.

A HILL WE’LL DIE ON

Premium, or in house.

Cheap agency

  • Can't afford the work

Premium team

  • Charges enough to do it right

In house

  • You control the work

You need someone who charges enough to do the job right: fast replies, real attention to detail, and maniacal optimizing based on data.

The new way: a Home Service Growth Operator

To get results, you need one team that runs all of it. That's what we are. Not a slow agency drowning in bureaucracy. An actual business partner who runs every piece.

With us, you get to fire:

  • Your SEO team
  • Your conversion team
  • Your hosting bills
  • Your website and graphic design team
  • Your social media team
  • Your PR team
  • Your blog writers
  • Your appointment setters
  • Your expensive, confusing CRM (we host it for clients who want that)

One team. Every piece. One person to call. And if you never had all those teams in the first place, it's no wonder no agency got you the results you wanted.

How We Get Results: The Machine Mindset

Our philosophy is the scientific method, run like a machine. Set the goal. Identify the constraint. Test relentlessly until it's solved. Then raise the goal and repeat.

HOW WE GET RESULTS

The machine mindset.

  1. Set the goal+20% leads in your first 90 days
  2. Find the constrainttraffic or conversions
  3. Come up with a fix
  4. Test the fixnot solved? back to the fix
  5. Raise the goaland repeat

↻ Then raise the goal and repeat

The machine mindset.
  • The first goal: +20% leads in your first 90 days, so we never have to work for free.
  • The constraints: only two big levers exist. Traffic: not enough people find you. Conversions: not enough of them call.

Lever 1: Traffic From the Big 3

Your customers find you in three places.

1. Google search. The highest intent traffic there is. Nobody searches "plumber near me" for fun. They have a problem and want it fixed now.

2. The Google Maps pack. The three businesses on the map are the first place a lot of people call.

3. AI search. Your customers are asking AI who to call. Visits to AI platforms grew 70% in a year, while search grew 2%. ChatGPT alone has 1.2 billion weekly users. Google's AI answers reach 2.5 billion people a month. This is where things are moving, and businesses that don't get ahead of it now will be left behind.

Traffic is winner take all

The top 3 Google results get 54.4% of all clicks, according to Backlinko. Only 0.63% of searchers click anything on page 2. Think about how far you scroll. The first one, two, three results. Maybe five. If you aren't at the top, you're fighting over leftovers.

  7. #73.9%
  8. #83.3%

Backlinko, Google CTR study

That's why refusing to invest in a team that knows how to win this game is one of the most expensive mistakes a business can make.

The traffic equation

Rank higher, for more keywords, for more of your services, in a larger service area. Each one multiplies the others. One keyword, one service, one town is one way to be found. Three of each is 27.

THE EQUATION TO INCREASE TRAFFIC

Every one of these multiplies the others.

Illustration.

Step one is always the data

We find exactly where you're losing before we touch anything. Here's a bad map pack from a real audit. Only a 5 mile radius around the business. 49 points checked, each one a real search from that exact spot. Zero in the top 3. Not one.

LOOKING AT THE DATA

An example of a BAD map pack.

Top 3 4 to 10 Not in the top 10

A bad map pack from a real audit: 49 searches within 5 miles of the business, 0 in the top 3. Name and city hidden. Data via DataForSEO.

If that were your map, the question writes itself: why hasn't your current team fixed it? Have they even told you about it?

Then we pull four levers

  1. On-page optimization. What Google and AI read on your site: service pages, titles, headings, schema, speed. Most sites we audit are missing service pages, load slowly, and have broken titles and schema.
  2. Press releases. Stories from trusted third parties that tell Google and AI what they need to hear to rank you where you're weakest.
  3. Blog posts. On your site, aimed at the exact keywords, services and areas where you're struggling.
  4. Backlinks and citations. Votes from trusted sites, all the way up to .gov and .edu links. If high credibility sites trust you, Google figures it should too.

Lever 2: Conversions, or More Calls From the Same Traffic

The second lever is conversion rate. We split test your site so a higher percentage of visitors turn into calls and bookings. That means even if we never grew your traffic, we could still grow your leads.

CONSTRAINT 2 · CONVERSIONS

More of your traffic turns into calls.

  1. Trafficpeople finding you
  2. Your websitewhere we work
  3. Calls and leadsmore from the same traffic

When the tide rises, all boats rise

Here's a big reason owners choose us over doing it themselves. We split test across our entire client base. When something lifts conversions for one client, it rolls out to all of them. You get more tests, faster, with better odds of beating your current version, because you're not limited to your own traffic.

What we testVersion AVersion B

Why two levers beat one

These numbers are purely hypothetical. Results vary. This is not a promise or a prediction for you. It only shows why a growth operator pulls more than one lever: levers compound.

More trafficBetter conversionMore leads
+10%+10%+21%
+20%+20%+44%
+30%+30%+69%

20% and 20% makes 44, not 40. The extra 4 is the new traffic converting at the better rate.

And that's only two levers. Speed to lead, reviews, CRM and follow up, and split tests stack on top. That's why we're comfortable carrying the financial risk of the guarantee.

WHY WE’RE COMFORTABLE WITH THE GUARANTEE

And that’s just two levers.

The levers we add on top

  • Speed to lead
  • Reviews
  • CRM and follow up
  • Split tests

Either way, more leads work for you

Can handle more business? You scale with your leadflow. More leads, more jobs, depending on your close rate.

Can't handle more business? That's a lot of our clients. More leads let you get selective. Take only the most profitable jobs, or raise your prices. That's not a trick. It's supply and demand.

WHY MORE LEADFLOW MATTERS

Either way, more leads work for you.

Can handle more business?

  • You scale
  • More leads, more jobs

Can't handle more?

  • You get selective
  • Take only the best jobs, or raise prices

The Roadmap: What Working With Us Looks Like

THE ROADMAP

The actual roadmap of working with us.

  1. Month 1

    The sprint
    • Diagnose every problem
    • Two mockups within 24 hours
    • Rebuilt site within 7 days
    • Unlimited revisions
  2. Month 2 and on

    The next constraint, every month
    • Articles and blog posts
    • Backlinks and citations
    • Reviews
    • CRM, follow up and split tests

Month 1: the sprint

First, we diagnose everything. We usually find 15 to 17 pages of issues: on-page SEO, conversion, design, page load speed, Google Business Profile errors, missing service pages, tracking that was never set up. There's a mess to clean up almost every time. The first month is a sprint through the low hanging fruit.

MONTH 1 · THE SPRINT

Find every problem. Fix the low hanging fruit.

A page from a real audit. Names hidden.

Within 24 hours: two mockups of your new site. You pick the design direction before the team goes to work on everything behind it. In love with your current site? We keep the design and fix everything underneath.

MONTH 1 · FIRST 24 HOURS

Two mockups. Pick one.

Design option 1, classic: photo hero and quote form for a roofer
Mockup 1: classic.
Design option 2, cinematic: widescreen crew photo with film grade
Mockup 2: cinematic.

Within 7 days: your whole site, rebuilt. Every on-page fix built in. One page for every service you offer, in every city you want to rank in. Proper titles, headings and schema. Built to be fast. Built for phones. Call and form tracking on every lead.

Then: unlimited revisions. Literally unlimited. Most agencies give you 2 or 3. Send us 100. Click anywhere on your preview and leave a note right on it, or just text us. Overload the team with your vision until you're proud of the result. The only time we push back is when a change would hurt your on-site optimization, your conversion rate or your rankings.

Backlinks and citations from the top of the pyramid. A backlink is another website linking to yours. Think of it as a vote. A citation is your business listed with the right name, address and phone across the web. Lots of vendors sell backlinks. Most are junk that hurts your domain score. Not all votes count the same, so we go after the top: .gov and .edu links when they fit your business, then associations and suppliers, local news, and directories.

Reviews, every single week. 97% of consumers read reviews for local businesses. Reviews are about 20% of what decides who shows up in the map pack. So we automate the ask. Hey Sarah, thanks again for having us out this week! If you have 30 seconds, a quick Google review would mean the world to our crew 🙏
An example we made, not a real customer.

A CRM that answers every lead, fast. We build out your CRM and follow up so leads get nurtured and booked automatically. That replaces the appointment setters. Open to it? AI handles replies around the clock. Harvard Business Review found companies that tried to reach a lead within an hour were nearly 7 times as likely to reach a decision maker as companies that waited even an hour longer. The average response time they found was 42 hours. More visibility is worthless if leads leak out the bottom. That's why we own every piece.

Whatever it takes, even off the list. One client asked if we could build landing pages for his Facebook ads. That's not SEO. It's not in the package. We said yes, and he had two versions to test by that evening. Our goal is to do whatever it takes to get you results, even past the scope we're contractually obligated to. We're disgusted by how many agencies do the bare minimum until the client gets annoyed enough to leave. We want clients who rave about us, not clients who tolerate us.

Who We Work With (We're Picky)

When we send you more customers, you become an extension of our integrity. So on the call, don't be offended if we decide it's not a fit. Here's what we look for:

  1. Does great work.
  2. Can close the leads. What happens when a lead picks up the phone?
  3. Won't punish us for performing. Some owners fire their agency the moment they feel busy. We don't want those clients.
  4. Reliable and moves quick. Does what they say they'll do.
  5. Refers other owners if we knock it out of the park. We'd rather grow through clients and their friends. They're the best clients to work with.
  6. Fun to work with.

Commercial work is often the best fit. Those jobs are worth more, so our price is easier to justify and the upside keeps them with us for a long time. With only low-ticket residential work, it takes a ton of jobs to justify us. With some commercial work, it takes a few. (An illustration, not a promise or ROI claim.)

THE KIND OF WORK YOU DO

Some commercial work makes this easy to justify.

Someone referred you, or you wouldn't be reading this. That's a good sign you have a lot going for you. Come ready to tell us about it.

Even if we accept you, there's no long-term contract until we've worked together for at least a month. We want to be sure we like working with you, and that you like working with us. We're after a long-term relationship on both sides.

The referral program: a real path to paying nothing

We'd rather work with owners referred by other clients. So every client you refer gets you a free month. Reach 5 active referred clients and we work for you free, for as long as those five stay clients. Even if we're a stretch at first, a few text intros can close the gap. The Questions Owners Ask Before They Say Yes

"It sounds expensive. How long until a good ROI?"

It is expensive, on purpose. Cheap agencies can't afford to do the work that actually wins. So you pay for months and get nothing, or worse: junk backlinks that make you look bad to Google. Cheap is often the most expensive option there is.

Run your own numbers
Your average job$ ______
Your close rate______ %
Leads you get a month______

The real question isn't what it costs. It's what it's worth to you. Run your own numbers: your average job, your close rate, the leads you get a month. We won't make ROI promises; too much is out of our control. If the guarantee alone isn't enough reason to test us, it's probably not a fit, and canceling the call is totally fine.

"I've been burned by an agency before."

Most owners we talk to have. That's why the offer is built this way: the guarantee, no long-term contract until month one is done, and real data every month with the source named, so you never take our word for anything.

Stay exactly where you are

  • Same results as today

  • Then decide
Which is the bigger risk? Only you can answer that.

Any new team is a risk. Worst case, after a month it's not a fit. Or after 90 days we miss, and we carry the cost of working free for up to a year. The question is which risk is bigger: staying exactly where you are, or one month with a team unlike any you've worked with. Only you can answer that. Owning a business means taking on risk. If you can't take this one, we won't shame you, and we won't try to convince you.

"I get all my work from referrals. Can I handle more?"

That's a good sign. It means you do great work. Almost every business has jobs that pay better than others. More leads let you say yes to the best ones and pass on the rest. Some owners simply raise prices. A 10% price increase can grow your profit margin by far more than 10%, depending on your costs.

"I get my leads from paid ads. Does this replace them?"

Up to you. Keep running them if they're profitable. But ads stop the second you stop paying. Bought leads are often shared with your competitors. And ad costs go up every year, eating your margins. Ads are renting. Rankings are owning. Keep both if you can handle the work. Just don't build your whole business on rented land, and don't switch off ads until organic replaces them.

"I'm not a tech guy. This sounds like a lot."

Good. That's exactly why you hire it out. The less you want to touch any of this, the more you need someone who lives it every day. We handle your domain, your hosting, your Google Business Profile, your tracking, and everything else. You own all of it. We never put you in a bind. You answer a few questions and approve designs.

One client spent three months fighting Google just to get his profile verified. He handed it to us. This is what he texted:

Thu, Oct 1 at 3:29 PM

Thu, Oct 1 at 3:44 PM

Please do . You may get a better result than me . Took me 3 months to finally get a real person on the phone .
After three months of fighting Google to verify his profile, he handed it to us.

"SEO takes forever, and you can never tell if it's working."

Half true. It takes time. Google itself has said SEO usually needs four months to a year to show benefit. That's exactly why waiting is the expensive move: every month you wait, competitors keep building the asset you don't have.

Remember that it will take time for you to see results: typically from four months to a year from the time you begin making changes until you start to see the benefits.

Google Search Central, Do you need an SEO? (archived April 2026)

But you will be able to tell it's working. Every month you see your map grid, your calls and form fills, and exactly what we did. And traffic is just one lever. If it were our only one, we'd never offer a 90-day guarantee.

"It's our slow season. Should we wait?"

It's probably the best time to start. The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The next best time is now. Rankings are an asset that takes time to build. Start in the slow season and you're ranking higher when the busy season hits. Wait for the busy season and you're planting when you should be harvesting. Meanwhile we do the on-site and conversion work, so when the phone starts ringing, more visitors turn into calls.

"We can't take on more clients right now."

Then you need more leads more than anyone. Being busy isn't the goal. Being busy with the right jobs, at the right price, is. On a $1,000 job that costs you $800, you make $200. Raise your price 10% and you make $300. That's 50% more profit from the exact same job.

Your call. You have the final say on everything, and every client setup is custom. We do highly recommend it. It's built around how you already ask, in your words, with touches like the whiteboard photo, and you approve every message. The automation just makes sure no happy customer slips through. We ask owners how many customers they've helped. "Thousands." Then we look them up: 23 Google reviews. Google can't know how good you are if it only sees 23.

"My last agency was terrible at communication."

You get one dedicated point of contact, the same person every time, by text or email, 7 days a week. Typical response: under 1 hour.

"My partner is in on the decision. Should they join the call?"

Yes. Bring them. Have them watch the whole video and do their own due diligence first. With 352 calls booked in 30 days, coming prepared together makes the call faster. And if you both decide it's not a fit, please cancel as soon as you can.

"I already have a CRM. Do I have to use yours?"

No. Most clients have us set one up: faster speed to lead, better follow up, more closed deals, and we cover the CRM cost. If yours is already dialed in, keep it. We work inside your system.

Most clients: we set it up

  • Faster speed to lead

Your Next Step: Show Up Ready, or Cancel

Before the call:

  1. Block out the time. Put it on your calendar. Set an alarm.
  2. Be somewhere quiet. Phone on do not disturb. Not driving. Not on a job site.
  3. Be ready to take notes, and to decide.

On the call you get a clear yes or a clear no. If it's clearly a fit, we'll ask you to move forward. If it's not, we will tell you. A yes means reviewing and signing our short service agreement and answering a few onboarding questions, so your first 24 hours are a wow experience.

We don't want rushed decisions. We want long-term clients who thought it through. So use the due diligence checklist on this page: watch the video, review your audit, ask your AI, read this page, loop in your partners, and write down your questions (or ask them in the chat).

Decided we're not the team for you? Please call to cancel. It saves us both an hour. No hard feelings.

Otherwise, we look forward to meeting you. Hopefully it's the start of a long 3 to 5 year relationship.

Referrals mean you already do good work. That's a plus.

Almost every business has jobs that pay better than others. More leads let you:

FAQ

"It sounds expensive. How long until a good ROI?"

Yes, we're expensive. On purpose. Cheap agencies can't afford to do the work, so you pay for months and get nothing. Sometimes worse: junk backlinks that make you look bad to Google. Cheap is often the most expensive option.

You're replacing a lot: the SEO team, designers, hosting, CRM, setters.

The real question is what it's worth. Run your own numbers:

  • Your average job: $____
  • Your close rate: ____%
  • Leads you get a month: ____

We make no income or ROI promises. Too much is out of our control. We do make the guarantee. If that isn't enough to at least test us, it's probably not a fit, and canceling the call is fine.

Who we work with

We're about to send you more customers, so you become an extension of our integrity. We look for owners who:

  1. Do great work
  2. Can close the leads we send
  3. Won't punish us for performing by firing us the minute they feel busy
  4. Are reliable and move quick
  5. Refer other owners if we knock it out of the park
  6. Are fun to work with

Commercial work is often the best fit. Bigger jobs make the price easy to justify, so those clients stay longer. With only low-ticket residential work it takes a ton of jobs to justify us. With some commercial work, a few. (Illustration, not a promise or ROI claim.)

Come ready to show us what makes you different. Someone referred you, and you're watching this. That's a good sign.

Not in the package. Done anyway.

Most agencies don't have enough data. They make one change for one client and guess whether it worked. We test across all our clients, find the winners, and roll them out to everyone.

Sometimes the job isn't on any list. A client asked for landing pages for his Facebook ads. Not SEO. Not in the package. We said yes. He had two versions to test that evening.

Our goal is to do whatever it takes to get you results, even past the scope we're contractually obligated to. We want clients who rave about us, not clients who tolerate us.

Every lead answered, fast

We build out your CRM and follow up, so leads get nurtured and booked automatically.

  • No more appointment setters. AI replies around the clock, if you want it.
  • Why it matters: Harvard Business Review found companies that tried to reach a lead within an hour were nearly 7x as likely to reach a decision maker as companies that waited even an hour longer.
  • The average response time they found: 42 hours.

More visibility doesn't help if leads leak out the bottom. That's why we own every piece.

Reviews move the map

97% of consumers read reviews for local businesses. Reviews are about 20% of what decides who shows up in the map pack.

Our review system:

  1. New customers: asked after every job, with your review link right in the text.
  2. Past customers: everyone you've already done great work for.
  3. A steady drip: spread out instead of blasted, so fresh reviews land every week.

Everyone gets the same ask. We never filter out unhappy customers.

And we make it fun. Skip the boring "please leave us a review" text. Send a photo of you holding a whiteboard with the customer's name on it. Nobody ignores that.

A backlink is another site linking to yours. Think of it as a vote. A citation is your name, address and phone listed right across the web.

Plenty of vendors sell backlinks. Most are junk that hurts your domain score. Not all votes count the same, so we go after the top of the pyramid:

  3. Associations and suppliers

How it works

Why we pull more than one lever

Purely hypothetical numbers. Results vary. Not a promise.

More trafficBetter conversionMore leads
+10%+10%+21%
+20%+20%+44%
+30%+30%+69%

20% and 20% makes 44, not 40. The extra 4 is the new traffic converting at the better rate.

That's two levers. Speed to lead, reviews, CRM and follow up, and split tests stack on top. That's why we're comfortable putting the guarantee in writing.

More leads work for you either way. Room for more work? You scale with your leadflow. No room? You get selective: take only the most profitable jobs, or raise prices. That's supply and demand.

Slide: Levers compound. Purely hypothetical numbers. +10% x +10% = +21%, +20% x +20% = +44%, +30% x +30% = +69%.

How it works

Conversions: more calls from the same traffic

The second lever is conversion rate. We split test your site so a higher share of visitors call or book. Even with no new traffic, a better conversion rate means more leads.

And we test across every client. A winner on one site rolls out to all of them. When the tide rises, all boats rise. You get more tests, faster, with better odds of beating what you have now, because you're not limited to your own traffic.

How it works

Start with the data, then pull four levers

We start with the data. We check where you rank from points across your area and find exactly where competitors beat you.

Here's a bad map pack from a real audit. Only a 5 mile radius around the business. 49 points checked, each one a real search from that spot. Not one in the top 3. If this were your map, ask why your current team hasn't fixed it, or told you about it.

Then we pull four levers:

  1. On-page optimization: what Google and AI read on your site. Service pages, titles, schema, speed.
  2. Press releases: stories about you on trusted third-party sites.
  3. Blog posts: for the keywords, services and areas where you're weakest.
  4. Backlinks and citations: votes from trusted sites, even .gov and .edu. If high credibility sites trust you, Google should too.
Slide: An example of a bad map pack. 49 points checked within 5 miles of the business. 0 of the 49 in the top 3.
Slide: An example of a bad map pack. 49 points checked within 5 miles of the business. 0 of the 49 in the top 3.
How it works

Traffic comes from the big 3

The big 3:

  1. Google search. The highest intent traffic. Nobody searches for a plumber near them for fun.
  2. The Google Maps pack. Often the first place people call.
  3. AI search. Visits to AI platforms grew 70% in a year, while search grew 2%. ChatGPT has 1.2 billion weekly users. Google's AI answers reach 2.5 billion people a month.

Traffic is winner take all. The top 3 Google results get 54.4% of all clicks. Only 0.63% of searchers click anything on page 2.

The equation: rank higher, for more keywords, for more services, in a larger area. Each one multiplies the others. One keyword, one service, one town is one way to be found. Three of each is 27.

The machine mindset

Our method is the scientific method, run like a machine:

  1. Set the goal.
  2. Find the constraint.
  3. Come up with a fix.
  4. Test the fix. Not solved? Back to step 3.
  5. Solved? Raise the goal and repeat.

The first goal: +20% leads in your first 90 days, so we never work for free.

The constraints: only two big levers exist. Traffic (not enough people find you) and conversions (not enough of them call).

A Home Service Growth Operator

To get results you need a team that runs every piece. That's why we're not an SEO agency. We're a Home Service Growth Operator: an actual business partner, not a slow agency drowning in bureaucracy.

You get to fire: your SEO team, CRO team, hosting bills, website and graphic design team, social media team, PR team, blog writers, appointment setters, and the expensive, confusing CRM (we host it for clients who want that).

One team. Every piece. One person to call.

Don't have all those teams today? Then it's no surprise no agency got you the results you wanted.

Reports that look great

An owner showed us his SEO agency's report. From the looks of it, they were crushing it.

Our data told a different story. He was ranking horribly for every keyword that mattered.

The trick: the agency picked low search volume keywords where he ranked #1, put only those on the report, and left out everything he was failing on. Meanwhile very little work happened on the back end, because the retainer couldn't pay for it.

What to check in your own reports: search volume next to every keyword. A #1 ranking for a keyword nobody searches is worth nothing.

Cheap agencies can't afford great work

Plenty of owners pay under $1,000 a month for SEO. Here's where that money goes:

  1. Ads to get you on a sales call
  2. Salespeople and commissions to sign you
  3. The work, with whatever is left

They can't afford both winning you and serving you. So the work gets cut. In the worst cases, agencies lie about the work they do.

Our view: go premium, or do it in house. That's a hill we'll die on. If we're not your team, we'll refer you to a premium one. You need someone who charges enough to do it right: fast replies, real attention to detail, and maniacal optimizing based on data.

How it works

We're not an SEO agency

If an agency let you down before, it wasn't your fault. And it doesn't mean SEO or AI SEO doesn't work. The agency model doesn't work.

Most agencies own one small piece of the puzzle. One piece means very few levers to pull.

What it actually takes:

  • SEO team: on-site work, AI SEO, backlinks, citations, Google Business Profile
  • CRO team: split tests that turn page views into leads
  • Website and design team, plus the monthly hosting bill
  • Social media team
  • PR team: press about you on third-party sites
  • Writing team: blog posts, written in house
  • Appointment setting team: gets dropped leads back on the calendar

You can rank #1 and still lose: a site that doesn't convert, nobody answering, stale reviews, a messy CRM.

Before you watch

352 owners booked a call with us in the last 30 days. We take on a small share of them. This video makes the call faster for both of us.

Do your due diligence first. The video covers what we do, why we're different, how we get results, and pricing. Below it, ask your favorite AIs if there's any reason we wouldn't be a fit.

Not a fit? Cancel. No hard feelings. The clients we had to convince moved slow, took weeks to give us access, and never fully bought in. This video is here to weed people out, not to convince anyone.

Three asks:

  1. Send this page to your partner, spouse, anyone with a say. Do it now, while it's top of mind.
  2. Come ready to sell us. Bring your best reviews, photos of your work, and what separates you from competitors. We give 100% to the clients we take on, so we pick carefully.
  3. Show up on time. The slot is held for you. How you show up to the first call tells us how you'll show up as a client.

Grab a pen. On the call we'll ask what stood out.
